Kauffman Home's Customer Service will schedule a meeting with you at framing to do a pre-drywall walk through inspection. At this time, the buyer and the builder physically inspect the home. This is to insure that all the work done to this point is to your satisfaction and answer any questions you may have regarding your new home.

You will meet with Kauffman Home's Customer Service again prior to closing, when the home is complete, to explain the different systems in the home and inspect the home for quality. In addition to these formal meetings, you are sure to run into your builder often during the construction of your home.
